IMPORTANT: We have seen a lot of candidates with mobile experience pertaining to mobile "network products" – things like VoIP and international roaming, etc. What we are actually searching for is someone who has experience with product management of mobile "software products" – mobile applications like ring tones or mobile web sites. We have found that these categories can be very different and are not often transferable. So again, we need to focus on the candidates with mobile software product experience. How can you get all this?
